BERNN: Enhancing Classification of liquid chromatography mass spectrometry data with Batch Effect Removal Neural Networks

Data that was used to produce all the bar plots of the paper. All cells contains an array, each value in the array represents a repetition of the repeated holdout. Some of the bacth effect metrics values only have a single value because the batch correction is only done once, as it always return the same values.

本数据集用于生成论文中所有柱状图的绘图数据。所有单元格均存储数组，数组内的每个数值对应一次重复留出（repeated holdout）实验的重复执行结果。部分批次效应（batch effect）指标仅包含单个数值，这是由于批次校正（batch correction）仅执行一次，其输出结果始终保持一致。
