*针对每一种PFGE-SCCmec-spa分型的代表性分离株，均开展了MLST（multilocus sequence typing，多位点序列分型）检测；其中：nt为不可分型（nontypable）；agr为辅助基因调节子（accessory gene regulator）；PFGE为脉冲场凝胶电泳（pulsed-field gel electrophoresis）；SCCmec为葡萄球菌染色体mec盒（staphylococcal chromosomal cassette mec）；spa为葡萄球菌蛋白A（staphylococcal protein A）。
