The annotated protein sequences from 216 fungi were retrieved from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) and used to identify carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) with the dbCAN platform based on Diamond, HMMER, and Hotpep models.
本研究从NCBI（https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/）获取了216种真菌的注释蛋白质序列，并借助基于Diamond、HMMER及Hotpep模型的dbCAN平台，识别其中的碳水化合物活性酶（carbohydrate-active enzymes, CAZymes）。
