To define differences in chormatin accessibility and histome modifications in intestinal stem and epithelial cells, we performed ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq.We used RNA-sequencing to profile gene expression changes during intestinal stem cell differentiation into different cell types. We find that gene expression is correlated with the chromatin accessibility and reveals differences between intestinal stem cells types.
为阐明肠道干细胞与上皮细胞的染色质可及性及组蛋白修饰差异,本研究开展了ATAC-seq与ChIP-seq实验。我们通过RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)技术,对肠道干细胞向不同细胞类型分化过程中的基因表达变化进行了表征分析。研究结果表明,基因表达与染色质可及性显著相关,并揭示了不同亚型肠道干细胞之间的分子差异。
