Metagenomics of microbial communities in zink and copper ore treatment plant. Identification and metabolism of naturally prevailing microorganisms in zinc and copper minerals processing

The metabolic potential of naturally occurring microbial populations of a zink and copper ore treatment plant was studied by metagenomic paired-end shotgun sequencing. Samples were obtained during winter and summer seasons to compare the differences between seasons.

本研究针对某锌铜选矿厂内天然存在的微生物群落的代谢潜能，采用宏基因组双端鸟枪法测序（metagenomic paired-end shotgun sequencing）技术开展分析。研究分别于冬季与夏季采集样本，以对比不同季节间的群落差异。
