The transcriptomes of Solanum habrochaites leaf tissue under cold stress were studied using for high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of Illumina. These datas would be most beneficial for further studies investigating the molecular mechanisms of Solanum habrochaites responses to cold stress.本研究采用基于Illumina平台的高通量RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对冷胁迫条件下多毛番茄（Solanum habrochaites）叶片组织的转录组展开了分析。本数据集可为后续探究多毛番茄响应冷胁迫的分子机制的相关研究提供关键支撑。
