We here analyzed CSF and blood from two relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients early after peripheral leukocyte depletion with the anti-CD52 antibody alemtuzumab compared to untreated RRMS and control patients using single cell RNA-sequencing. Single-cell RNA sequencing data of paired cerebrospinal fluid and blood of two RRMS patients after alemtuzumab treatment.
本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA-sequencing)技术,对2例经抗CD52抗体阿仑单抗(alemtuzumab)行外周白细胞清除术后早期的复发缓解型多发性硬化(relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, RRMS)患者的脑脊液(cerebrospinal fluid, CSF)与血液样本进行分析,并与未接受治疗的RRMS患者及对照患者进行对比。本数据集包含阿仑单抗治疗后2例RRMS患者的配对脑脊液与血液的单细胞RNA测序数据。
