Whole genome sequencing and antimicrobial susceptibility testing of Corynebacterium spp. isolated from patients.

We performed whole genome sequencing of Corynebacterium spp. isolated from clinical materials in Japan and analyzed antimicrobial resistance genes. Additionally, to investigate the mechanism of antimicrobial resistance, we performed drug susceptibility testing and compared the results with the results of the genome sequencing.

本研究对从日本临床样本中分离的棒杆菌属（Corynebacterium spp.）菌株开展全基因组测序，并对其抗菌耐药基因进行分析。此外，为探究抗菌耐药的作用机制，本研究还进行了药物敏感性试验，并将试验结果与全基因组测序结果进行比对分析。
