Electrophysiology and two-photon imaging data from an olfactory Pavlovian conditioning task

Data from our manuscript on neural coding of olfactory Pavlovian conditioning in prefrontal cortex, olfactory cortex, motor cortex, and striatum. Includes both 2-photon imaging in prelimbic area and Neuropixels electrophysiology recordings across all regions in headfixed mice. The referenced github repository has information and code for analyzing the data.
