The transcript assembly of diploid and tetraploid loach

The transcripts were assembled with Trinity program. The data was generated by a Illumina platform with the tissues of diploid and tetraploid loach, including brain, liver, gonad and muscle. After assembly, the Unigenes were clustered from the transcripts.

转录本通过Trinity程序完成组装。该测序数据基于Illumina测序平台生成，实验材料为二倍体与四倍体泥鳅的组织样本，涵盖脑组织、肝脏、性腺及肌肉组织。组装完成后，从转录本中聚类得到单基因簇（Unigene）序列。
