Repertoire analysis of mice producing fully human antibody with lambda light chain. Mus musculus

This project is the data from the analysis of H chain and lambda L chain repatoires of fully human antibody-producing mice (IGHL mice). This project includes data on repertore analysis of unimmunized IGHL mice and immunized IGHL mice with the receptor binding domain (RBD) of SAR-CoV-2 spike protein.

本数据集源自对全人源抗体产生小鼠（fully human antibody-producing mice，简称IGHL小鼠）的免疫球蛋白重链（H chain）与λ轻链（lambda L chain）免疫组库的分析数据。本项目包含未免疫IGHL小鼠，以及经严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）刺突蛋白受体结合域（RBD）免疫的IGHL小鼠的免疫组库分析相关数据。
