The periodontal ligament(PDL) and dental pulp tissues of human permanent teeth have a number of differences in their developmental processes, histological characteristics and functions. It can be figured out that these differences are attributable to genetic backgrounds of their cells organized tissues. The purpose of this study was to identify the gene-expression profiles and their molecular biological differences of periodontal ligament and dental pulp tissues from the human permanent teeth. Overall design: PDL and pulp samples were obtained from healthy persons. Total RNA from the PDL and the pulp tissues were used to cDNA microarray analysis.
人类恒齿的牙周膜(periodontal ligament, PDL)与牙髓组织在发育进程、组织学特征及功能方面均存在显著差异。业已明确,此类差异本质上由构成其组织的细胞的遗传背景所决定。本研究旨在揭示人类恒齿牙周膜与牙髓组织的基因表达谱及其分子生物学差异。实验整体设计:从健康志愿者体内获取牙周膜及牙髓样本,提取两类组织的总RNA以开展cDNA微阵列分析。
