The SARS-CoV-2 virus-host protein-protein interaction map (Gordon et al., 2020) found 332 human proteins interacting with 27 (26 wild-type and 1 mutant) viral proteins. Here we found 40 of 332 proteins significantly differentially phosphorylated across at least two time points (adjusted p < 0.05 and absolute value of log2 fold change [abs(log2FC)] > 1). Viral proteins are shown as red diamonds. Interacting human proteins are shown as gray circles. PHs emanate from human proteins, colored by their log2 fold change compared with uninfected control samples (red, increase; blue, decrease) at each time point (0, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after infection) in a clockwise fashion. 严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)的病毒-宿主蛋白质相互作用图谱(Gordon等,2020)共鉴定出332个人类蛋白与27种病毒蛋白(26种野生型、1种突变型)存在相互作用。本研究在该332个互作蛋白中,筛选得到40个在至少两个时间点磷酸化水平存在显著差异的蛋白(校正后P<0.05,且log2倍数变化绝对值[abs(log2FC)]>1)。其中,病毒蛋白以红色菱形表示,与之相互作用的人类蛋白以灰色圆形表示。源自人类蛋白的磷酸化信号(PHs),在感染后0、2、4、8、12及24小时的各时间点中,均以顺时针方向,依据与未感染对照组的log2倍数变化值进行着色:红色代表磷酸化水平上调,蓝色代表磷酸化水平下调。磷酸化数据的交互式版本可通过以下链接获取:https://kroganlab.ucsf.edu/network-maps。
