“脂芝虫”小分子化合物库

自然界创造的天然产物是获取新药源分子最直接有效的途径。我们长期致力于中药源活性天然产物研究，尤其聚焦于树脂、灵芝、虫类三类特色对象，对于不同研究对象总结出了相应的创新研究策略，创新性的从灵芝中获得新颖灵芝杂萜结构类型，提出灵芝杂萜是灵芝中除多糖和三萜的第三大类药效物质。对于研究薄弱的虫类中药，通过团队坚持不懈的探索，目前可以说是全球虫类小分子研究中心，目前该特色天然产物库已具有2000余化合物。

Natural products represent the most direct and effective approach to discovering novel drug-source molecules. Our team has long been dedicated to research on bioactive natural products derived from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), with a particular focus on three distinctive categories: resins, Ganoderma (lingzhi), and insect-derived TCM materials. Corresponding innovative research strategies have been developed for each of these target groups. Notably, we have isolated and identified novel structural classes of Ganoderma meroterpenoids from Ganoderma through innovative methodologies, and proposed that Ganoderma meroterpenoids constitute the third major category of bioactive constituents in Ganoderma, in addition to polysaccharides and triterpenes. For insect-derived TCMs that have been relatively understudied, through the unremitting efforts of our team, we are now recognized as a globally leading research center for small molecules derived from insect-based TCMs. Currently, this specialized natural product library contains over 2,000 compounds.
