Whole Hologenome Sequence of the malaria mosquito Anopheles plumbeus Stephens, 1828 from Black sea coast.

Genomic DNA was obtained from imago females Anopheles plumbeus. Mosquitoes were collected on the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus region (Greater Sochi) at the larval stage. Larvaes were grown on artificial feeds under culture conditions until the imago stage. Imagoes emerging from pupae did not feed and were kept in a semi-sterile culture on distilled water only. On the third day, females were used to isolate genomic DNA.

本研究的基因组DNA提取自铅色按蚊（Anopheles plumbeus）的成虫雌蚊。实验用蚊采集于高加索地区黑海沿岸的大索契区域，采集阶段为幼虫期。幼虫以人工饲料饲喂，在培养条件下饲养至成虫期。由蛹羽化获得的成虫不予喂食，仅以蒸馏水维持饲养于半无菌培养环境中。饲养至第3天时，取雌蚊用于基因组DNA的分离提取。
