Expression data at each site in colon cancer

Colon cancer invade to depper layer and the expression of major molecules at cancer front change. But the screening of expression changing at cancer front has not be adequtely clarified. We compared gene expression at cancer front with it at cancer center. We got cancer cells from cancer front(F) and cancer center(C) by lasermicrodissection.

结肠癌可浸润至更深层组织，且癌前沿（cancer front）的主要分子表达会发生改变。但目前针对癌前沿区域表达变化的筛选研究仍未得到充分阐明。本研究将癌前沿与癌中心（cancer center）的基因表达水平进行了对比分析。我们通过激光显微切割（laser microdissection）技术，分别从癌前沿（F）与癌中心（C）处获取了癌细胞样本。
