To improve our understanding of the genetic reprogramming during the early phase of skeletal adaptation in response to endurance training, we employed cDNA microarray analysis to examine changes in mRNA expression in mouse plantaris muscle after a single bout voluntary running. Control untrained mice were compared with with R3h, R12h, P3h, P6h, P12h, P24h and R4w mice. We conclude that a single bout of voluntary running is sufficient to induce active remodeling processes, including cell proliferation, by a coordinated regulation of the genome in response to signals elicited from increased neuromuscular activity. 为深化对耐力训练诱导的骨骼肌适应性早期阶段遗传重编程机制的认知,本研究采用cDNA微阵列(cDNA microarray)分析技术,检测单次自愿跑轮运动后小鼠跖肌(plantaris muscle)的mRNA表达变化。将未训练的对照组小鼠与R3h、R12h、P3h、P6h、P12h、P24h及R4w组小鼠进行对照比较。本研究证实,单次自愿跑轮运动即可通过协调调控基因组以响应神经肌肉活动增强所触发的信号,诱导包括细胞增殖在内的活跃重塑过程。关键词:小鼠骨骼肌(Mouse skeletal muscle);关键词:跖肌(plantaris);关键词:自愿跑轮运动(voluntary running);关键词:时间进程(time-course)
