Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common epithelial carcinoma with high occurrence and metastatic rates in Southern China. The assessment of the metastatic potential of NPC is vital for determining prognosis and treatment, and more targeted treatments are needed for NPC.To identify new biomarkers to evaluate metastatic potential of NPC, a comparative genomic expression profiling of NPC tumors and para-carcinoma tissues were assayed by Arraystar human lncRNA array 2.0 Overall design: We designed this experiment to screen for lncRNAs whose expressions are dyregulated in NPC tissues.

鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)是一类常见的上皮源性恶性肿瘤,在中国南方地区具有较高的发病率与转移率。评估鼻咽癌的转移潜能对明确患者预后及制定治疗方案至关重要,且临床亟需针对鼻咽癌的靶向性更强的治疗手段。为发掘可用于评估鼻咽癌转移潜能的新型生物标志物,本研究采用Arraystar人类长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)芯片2.0,对鼻咽癌肿瘤组织与癌旁组织开展了比较基因组表达谱分析。整体实验设计:本实验旨在筛选在鼻咽癌组织中表达失调的长链非编码RNA。
