This dataset comprises data and code associated with the publication Leybourne et al., 2025. "Molecular screening and dose-response assays provide insights into pyrethroid resistance in four agriculturally important aphid species". Crop Protection (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cropro.2025.107315).
Files include: dose-response data for two cereal aphid species, Metapolophium dirhodum and Rhopalosiphum padi, when exposed to various concentrations of pyrethroid (Hallmark Zeon, lambda cyhalothrin); sampling information for all M. dirhodum and R. padi populations; presence of knockdown resistance in the grain aphid (Sitobion avenae) and sampling location for all S. avenae populations; presence of super-knockdown resistance in the peach-potato aphid (Myzus persicae), allelic scoring for M. persicae following genotyping at five microsatellite loci, and sampling location for all M. persicae populations. Summary data on resistance prevalence per region are also provided for M. persicae and S. avenae, alongside summary datasets from dose-response analysis for M. dirhodum and R. padi
