Dogs and cats oviductal extracellular vesicles proteomics

Ultraperformance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) were used to identify the protein content of dogs and cats oviductal extracellular vesicles among the different estrus stages: mid-late luteal (LL); early luteal (EL); late follicular (LF); and early follicular (EF).

本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（Ultraperformance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry，UPLC-MS/MS），对不同发情阶段的犬、猫输卵管细胞外囊泡中的蛋白质含量进行鉴定，所涵盖的发情阶段包括黄体中后期（LL）、黄体早期（EL）、卵泡晚期（LF）与卵泡早期（EF）。
