Raw crystallographic data on PARP2-DNA complex

Raw images for the 27 datasets collected from 4 crystals that were used to merge a complete dataset used to solve the crystal structure. Structure and the processed data has been deposited to Protein Data Bank with an id 7AEO. 

The data is packaged to an tar-archive containing folders for each partial dataset together with a file that can be used to process data with program XDS. Individual frames are compressed with bzip2.

本数据集包含从4颗晶体中采集的27套原始图像，这些图像被用于整合一套完整数据集以解析晶体结构。相关晶体结构与已处理数据已提交至蛋白质数据银行（Protein Data Bank），编号为7AEO。

本数据集以tar归档文件形式打包，其中包含对应各分数据集的文件夹，以及可用于借助XDS程序处理数据的配套文件。所有单帧图像均采用bzip2格式压缩。
