Estrogen-like activity in cell signaling of lignans

Comparing the expression profiles of the genes in response to 17b-estradiol (E2) and lignans (sesamin (SE), enterodiol (ED), enterolactone (EL), matairesinol (MR), pinoresinol (PR)). Two-condition experiment, E2- or each lignan-treated vs. control cells. Three biological replicates, independently grown and harvested. Three replicates per array.

本实验旨在比较基因在响应17β-雌二醇（17β-estradiol, E2）及木脂素类化合物（芝麻素（sesamin, SE）、肠二醇（enterodiol, ED）、肠内酯（enterolactone, EL）、马台树脂醇（matairesinol, MR）与松脂醇（pinoresinol, PR））时的表达谱。实验采用双条件设计：分别以17β-雌二醇处理组、各单一木脂素处理组与对照组细胞进行对照比较。设置3次生物学重复，所有样本均独立培养并收获；每张基因芯片设置3次重复。
