This dataset contains eddy covariance flux data from the Dayekou Guantan Forest Station, covering the period from December 27, 2007 to March 31, 2012. The station is located in Dayekou Guantan, south of Zhangye City, Gansu Province, with geographic coordinates of 100°15′E and 38°32′N, and an elevation of 2835 m. The observation site is situated within a forest on the shady slope of the Guantan region in the Dayekouzi watershed, upper reaches of the Heihe River. The forest is primarily composed of spruce trees with a height of 15–20 m, and the ground is covered by approximately 10 cm thick moss, with the vegetation growing under favorable conditions.
