CPR abundance data per sample for the North Atlantic Ocean (253073 samples) from January 1958 to December 2021.
Taxonomic groups:
1. Total zooplankton (all zooplankton taxa and groups)
2. Total copepods large (all copepods >2mm)
3. Total zooplankton small (all copepods <= 2mm)
4. Total echinoderms larvae (aka starfish, urchins, etc.)
5. Total decapods larvae (aka crabs, etc.)
6. Total diatoms
7. Total dinoflagellates
8. Phytoplankton Colour Index (PCI) also known as “greenness index”.
9. All ceratium at genus level (47)
10. All diatoms at genus level (89)
11. All calanoid copepods (94)
本数据集收录了1958年1月至2021年12月北大西洋海域的单样本CPR（Continuous Plankton Recorder，连续浮游生物记录仪）丰度数据，共计253073条样本。分类群类别如下：
1. 全部浮游动物（涵盖所有浮游动物类群与组别）
2. 大型桡足类总丰度（所有体长大于2mm的桡足类）
3. 小型浮游动物总丰度（所有体长≤2mm的桡足类）
4. 棘皮动物幼虫总丰度（即海星、海胆等类群的幼虫）
5. 十足目幼虫总丰度（即螃蟹等类群的幼虫）
6. 硅藻总丰度
7. 甲藻总丰度
8. 浮游植物色彩指数（Phytoplankton Colour Index, PCI），亦称为"绿度指数"
9. 角藻属所有类群（共47个）
10. 硅藻属所有类群（共89个）
11. 哲水蚤目桡足类所有类群（共94个）
