These files represent genome annotations assocated with the Echinometra lucunter genome assembly project. This includes: Eluc_v1.gtf: location of gene features within the genome assembly Eluc_v1_prots.fasta: protein models of genes annotated within the genome assembly Eluc_v1_transcripts.fasta: transcript models of genes annotated within the genome assembly eluc_repeats.fa: library of modeled repetitive elements within the genome assembly
