Western blot.zipWestern Blot Validation Data Supporting Seven Hub Genes in NAFLD

This dataset includes Western blot image files and corresponding quantification data used to validate differential expression of seven fibroblast-associated hub genes identified in our NAFLD study. Genes assessed include CCL2, CRYAB, HSBP1, IFIT3, PSMB10, RBX1, and SPARC. The blots were derived from both in vivo (mouse liver tissue) and in vitro (fibroblast cell line) models comparing normal and NAFLD conditions. This data supports the findings presented in the manuscript titled "Single cell RNA sequencing analysis and molecular biology experiments identify NAFLD-related fibroblasts and highlights seven hub genes in NAFLD.

本数据集包含蛋白质印迹（Western blot）图像文件及配套定量数据，用于验证本项非酒精性脂肪性肝病（Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, NAFLD）研究中鉴定出的7个成纤维细胞相关核心基因的差异表达情况。本次检测的基因包括CCL2、CRYAB、HSBP1、IFIT3、PSMB10、RBX1及SPARC。本研究的蛋白印迹样本取自体内（in vivo，小鼠肝组织）与体外（in vitro，成纤维细胞系）两类模型，分别对比正常状态与非酒精性脂肪性肝病状态下的样本差异。本数据集支持发表于题为《单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）分析与分子生物学实验鉴定非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关成纤维细胞并揭示该病的7个核心基因》的手稿中的研究结论。
