./Fig1_S1:Mass spectra of plasma from 10 WHHL rabbits and 10 JW rabbits before (JW_HC0) and after (JW_HC16) 16-week exposure to a high-cholesterol diet were obtained by PESI-MS.These data are contained in the three files: "JW_HC0.tsv", "JW_HC16", and "WHHL.tsv". In each file, absolute intensities at m/z 10.0-1999.9 are represented for each rabbit. Sample IDs are listed in the header row.<br>./Fig2_S2-4:Six JW rabbits were given free access to a diet with (NC1-3) or without (HC1-3) supplemental cholesterol for 26 weeks. Plasma samples were collected every week and subjected to mass spectrometry by PESI-MS and biochemical analysis of TC, HDL-C, and TG. Mass spectral data of the six rabbits are contained in the folder "Spectra". The biochemical data are contained in the folder "Other_data". Data on body weights (BW) of the rabbits are also contained in this folder.<br>./Fig5:<br>The aortic wall of each rabbit at the sites of interest were collected by a biopsy punch, and inner layers of the aortic wall were homogenized with ethanol. After centrifugation of the solution, the supernatant was diluted with ethanol and subjected to analysis by PESI-MS. The representative two normalized mass spectra of each of the NC and HC aortae are contained in the two files: "NC.tsv" and "NC.tsv".
