Research performance - IER-Mexico

This datafile shows the behavior of a battery of bibliometric indicators of research developed by the Mexican Institute of Renewable Energy (IER). Results are used as a case study in a paper that analyze the consequences of organizational changes in research performance of scientific institutions.
