The Chinese medical terminology standardization dataset Yidu-N7k contains real raw surgical terminology sourced from Chinese electronic medical records (EMRs). These terms were used for the Chinese medical terminology standardization task publicly announced at the 5th China Health Information Processing Conference Evaluation Competition (CHIP5). Medical professionals annotated these raw terms to match them with their corresponding standard surgical entities.
