These datasets contain numbers of wildlife watchers in coastal areas in Scotland estimated from Flickr and obtained from a survey. Each observation represents the number of Flickr users that took a picture of wildlife in a cell and the correspondig number of survey respondents that indicating visiting the same area. The data also contains the population size for every cell. The three datasets represents three spatial resolutions: 5, 10 and 20 km cells.

本数据集收录了苏格兰沿海区域的野生生物观测者数量数据，该类数据通过Flickr平台估算并结合专项调查获取。每条观测记录均对应两类统计值：一是在某空间格网内拍摄野生生物照片的Flickr用户数量，二是表明到访过该区域的调查受访者人数。数据集同时包含每个空间格网的人口规模数据。本次提供的三套数据集分别对应三种空间分辨率，其格网尺寸依次为5千米、10千米与20千米。
