Diversity measures data

CSV file (Diversity measures data) contains locationwise information on species richness, Shannon's Index and reference as separate columns. This is used for calculating various proposed measures in Jupyter Notebook file (Diversity Data AmRaS.ipynb), the notebook file also shows box-whisker plot shown in paper.

逗号分隔值（CSV）文件（标注为"多样性度量数据"）包含按位置划分的物种丰富度、香农指数（Shannon's Index）及参考文献的独立列数据。该文件用于在Jupyter笔记本文件（Diversity Data AmRaS.ipynb）中计算多种已提出的多样性度量指标，此笔记本文件同时展示了论文中的箱线图（box-whisker plot）。
