ABSTRACT The purpose of this trial was to supplement commercial broiler diets with optimum vitamin programs and higher availability of mineral sources, and to evaluate the effect on performance, yield and meat quality of broilers. The study used 1800 male broiler chicks randomly distributed in a 2 x 2 factorial design (vitamin programs - optimum and commercial vs. mineral sources - inorganic (sulfates) and carbo-amino-phospho-chelate (CAPC)). Supplementation associating optimum vitamin levels and mineral source CAPC resulted in better feed conversion and higher carcass weight at 42 days of age (p0.05) was found in the association of vitamin programs and mineral sources on the occurrence of white striping and dorsal myopathy. Supplementing the diets with optimized vitamin programs associated with a more bioavailable mineral source resulted in a positive contribution to the meat quality of broilers.

摘要 本试验旨在为商品肉鸡日粮添加最优维生素营养方案,并选用生物利用率更高的矿物质原料,同时评估该方案对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。本研究选取1800只雄性肉鸡雏鸡,采用2×2因子试验设计进行随机分组,试验因子分别为维生素营养方案(最优方案vs. 商品常规方案)与矿物质原料类型(无机硫酸盐类与碳氨基磷螯合物(carbo-amino-phospho-chelate, CAPC))。添加最优维生素水平与CAPC矿物质原料的组合,可使42日龄肉鸡获得更优的饲料转化率与更高的屠体重;而维生素方案与矿物质原料的组合对白条纹病变及背部肌病的发生率无显著影响。日粮添加优化维生素方案与高生物利用率矿物质原料的组合,可对肉鸡肉品质产生积极改善作用。
