La3Cu3Bi4 crystallizes in the cubic I-43d space group. The structure is three-dimensional. La is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Cu and eight equivalent Bi atoms. All La–Cu bond lengths are 3.11 Å. There are four shorter (3.46 Å) and four longer (3.56 Å) La–Bi bond lengths. Cu is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent La and four equivalent Bi atoms. All Cu–Bi bond lengths are 2.82 Å. Bi is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent La and three equivalent Cu atoms.

La₃Cu₃Bi₄晶体属于立方晶系I-43d空间群,其结构呈三维网状。镧以12配位几何构型与四个等价的铜原子和八个等价的铋原子成键:所有La-Cu键长均为3.11埃,La-Bi键长则包含四个较短的键(3.46埃)与四个较长的键(3.56埃)。铜以8配位几何构型与四个等价的镧原子和四个等价的铋原子成键,所有Cu-Bi键长均为2.82埃。铋以9配位几何构型与六个等价的镧原子和三个等价的铜原子成键。
