A Scheme for Coherent Addition of High-Power Harmonic Laser by Monitoring Unconverted fundamental laser

Through the space superposition of two laser beams, the far-field distribution of superposed beams is collected by the camera, and the interference effect diagram of the superposition of two light spots under different phase differences is obtained. The phase difference between two beams can be obtained by demodulation of phase difference through interferogram.通过两束激光的空间叠加，利用相机采集叠加后光束的远场分布，由此获得不同相位差条件下两光斑叠加的干涉效果图；通过对该干涉图进行相位差解调，便可得到两光束间的相位差值。
