为介绍tNGS技术文件。靶向高通量测序(targeted next-generation sequencing, tNGS)是指通过超多重PCR或探针杂交捕获对目标病原体进行富集,然后再利用高通量测序进行检测的方法。
基于超多重PCR靶向捕获的tNGS很好的结合了PCR检测的高灵敏度以及测序反应的高特异性、高通量,成为了一项灵敏度及特异性兼备的检测技术平台。
This document introduces the tNGS technology. Targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) refers to a method that enriches target pathogens via ultra-multiplex PCR or probe hybridization capture, followed by detection using high-throughput sequencing. The tNGS based on ultra-multiplex PCR targeted capture well combines the high sensitivity of PCR detection with the high specificity and high throughput of sequencing reactions, and has become a detection technology platform with both sensitivity and specificity.
