Activation of a bacterial flow sensor by stimulated neutrophils

RNA-seq profiling of wild-type Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA14) and the ΔfroR mutant strain under the stimulation of NaOCl, hydrogen peroxide, or untreated. Mid-exponential strains cultured in MinA medium were treated with 1 µM NaOCl, 4 µM H2O2, or untreated for 30 minutes and processed using the NucleoSpin RNA kit. Libraries were prepared using the NEBNext rRNA Depletion kit and NEBNext Ultra II Directional Library kit (NEB) and sequenced using a Illumina NovaSeq X Plus. Data were processed using Trimmomatic, Bowtie2, Subread, and DeSeq2.

本数据集针对野生型铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa，PA14）及ΔfroR突变菌株，在次氯酸钠（NaOCl）、过氧化氢（H₂O₂）刺激或未处理的条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）谱分析。将在MinA培养基中培养至指数生长中期的菌株，分别以1 μM次氯酸钠、4 μM过氧化氢处理30分钟，或不施加处理，随后使用NucleoSpin RNA试剂盒完成RNA提取。采用NEBNext核糖体RNA去除试剂盒（NEBNext rRNA Depletion kit）与NEBNext Ultra II定向文库制备试剂盒（NEBNext Ultra II Directional Library kit，NEB）构建测序文库，并通过Illumina NovaSeq X Plus测序平台完成测序。测序数据通过Trimmomatic、Bowtie2、Subread及DeSeq2工具进行生物信息学处理。
