Mid-Holocene site HSAP 057 lithic database

NEXT UPDATE: JULY 2018<br>Dataset concerning a prehistoric lithic assemblage from the fourth cataract area, Sudan. During the Merowe Dam Archaeological Salvage Project in 2007, the Hungarian mission surveyed and excavated an area along the river Nile. One of the sites was HSAP 057, a mid-Holocene surface site. The collected lithics are under investigation by the author, the research data is made available here. Further contextual informations can be found in the attached document.

本数据集涉及苏丹第四瀑布区域的史前石制品组合（lithic assemblage）。2007年，在穆罗韦大坝考古抢救项目（Merowe Dam Archaeological Salvage Project）实施期间，匈牙利考古队对尼罗河沿岸区域开展了考古调查与发掘工作。其中一处遗址为HSAP 057，属于全新世中期地表遗址。本次采集的石制品目前正由本文作者开展研究，相关研究数据已在此公开。更多相关背景信息可参阅随附文档。
