Dataset related to article: CERVICAL SPINAL CORD ATROPHY IN AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS ACROSS DISEASE STAGES

Demographic and clinical characteristis are reported. For each subject and cervical segment, total cord area (TCA), grey matter area (GMA) and white matter area (WMA) were reported normalized for inter‐subject variability using V‐scale and surrogate of the canal area following Model 3 of Ref. [28] of the paper.

本数据集报道了研究对象的人口统计学与临床特征。针对每名受试者与各颈椎节段，脊髓总横截面积（total cord area, TCA）、灰质面积（grey matter area, GMA）与白质面积（white matter area, WMA）的相关数值均经标准化处理后予以报告：该标准化流程通过V标度（V-scale）校正受试者间变异性，并参照本文参考文献[28]的模型3，以椎管面积替代指标完成。
