Diversity of methanogens in enrichments

Rumen content was used to obtain three enrichments of anaerobic fungi and methanogens (F+M enrichment), bacteria and methanogens (B+M enrichment), and rumen content (WRC enrichment), to evaluate their respective ability to degrade lignocellulose and produce methane. These are the raw data of methanogens in the three enrichments.

本研究以瘤胃内容物（rumen content）为起始材料，分别制备厌氧真菌（anaerobic fungi）-产甲烷古菌（methanogens）共富集物（F+M富集物）、细菌-产甲烷古菌共富集物（B+M富集物）以及原始瘤胃内容物富集物（WRC富集物）三类样本，旨在评估三者各自降解木质纤维素（lignocellulose）与产甲烷的能力。本数据集即为上述三类富集物中产甲烷古菌的原始数据。
