Rumen content was used to obtain three enrichments of anaerobic fungi and methanogens (F+M enrichment), bacteria and methanogens (B+M enrichment), and rumen content (WRC enrichment), to evaluate their respective ability to degrade lignocellulose and produce methane. These are the raw data of methanogens in the three enrichments.
本研究以瘤胃内容物(rumen content)为起始材料,分别制备厌氧真菌(anaerobic fungi)-产甲烷古菌(methanogens)共富集物(F+M富集物)、细菌-产甲烷古菌共富集物(B+M富集物)以及原始瘤胃内容物富集物(WRC富集物)三类样本,旨在评估三者各自降解木质纤维素(lignocellulose)与产甲烷的能力。本数据集即为上述三类富集物中产甲烷古菌的原始数据。
