This dataset contains 279 high-quality metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs), processed abundance matrices (TPM), and functional annotation tables derived from a longitudinal cohort of HIV-infected patients undergoing fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). These data support the findings of strain-level butyrate-producing functional escalation as described in the associated manuscript.
