These are data corresponding to Figures 2, 6, S21, 7 and 8 of Koduru et al 2024 PNAS (in press at this writing - August 8, 2024). Figure 2 is High pressure 1H-15N HSQC and 31P NMR data at 1 bar and 3000 bar at pH 6.5. Figure 6 is Small angle scattering data at 10 bar, 1000 bar, 2000 bar and 3000 bar, as well as configurations for EOM modeling. All data included in the article and its SI are available upon request to: royerc@rpi.edu
本数据集对应Koduru等人2024年投稿至《美国国家科学院院刊》(Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, PNAS)的图2、图6、补充材料图S21、图7及图8所涉数据;截至2024年8月8日本文撰写时,该稿件仍处于待刊状态。图2展示pH 6.5条件下,1 bar与3000 bar压力下的高压1H-15N异核单量子相干谱(Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence, HSQC)及31P核磁共振(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR)数据。图6展示10 bar、1000 bar、2000 bar及3000 bar压力下的小角散射数据,以及用于系综优化方法(Ensemble Optimization Method, EOM)建模的构型文件。本文及其补充材料(Supplementary Information, SI)中收录的全部数据,均可通过联系royerc@rpi.edu索取。
