The significant increase in LPL when the supernatant from the PPC was added indicates positive effect of PPC towards increasing LPL activity storange in the case of high glucose (P<0.05). The differences between treatments are marked with lower case letters and were assessed by one-way Anova test using Tukey’s method with significance at P<0.05. 本数据集旨在探究不同处理组及高、低糖培养环境下，肝细胞内脂蛋白脂酶（lipoprotein lipase, LPL）的活性水平差异。当添加PPC上清液时，高糖环境中的LPL活性显著升高，表明PPC对提升LPL活性具有正向调控作用（P<0.05）。各组处理间的显著性差异以小写字母标注，统计检验采用单因素方差分析（one-way ANOVA）结合Tukey法完成，显著性阈值设为P<0.05。数据以平均值±标准误（%）表示，每组样本量n≥3。
