Mixed total RNA from mature leaf, young leaf, shoot meristem, root, wood cambium and xylem. Eucalyptus globulus is one of the commercial trees for pulping. We sequenced cDNA of Eucalyptus globulus for understanding the transcript information by using GS FLX 454. The sequences were generated from normalized cDNA pool comprised of multiple tissues, such as mature leaf, young leaf, shoot meristem, root, wood cambium and wood xylem.

本数据集的样本为取自成熟叶片、幼叶、茎尖分生组织、根、木质形成层及木质部的混合总RNA（total RNA）。蓝桉（Eucalyptus globulus）是用于制浆的商用树种之一。本研究采用GS FLX 454测序平台对蓝桉的互补脱氧核糖核酸（complementary DNA, cDNA）进行测序，以解析其转录本信息。本次测序获得的序列数据，来自包含上述多种组织的标准化cDNA混合文库。
