PhyloTracer manuscript raw and benchmark datasets

This record contains six input datasets used to construct or evaluate the PhyloTracer manuscript analyses. The archives preserve the local directory names and data files used for the project. The source material was collected from public sequence resources, including NCBI and Phytozome, and from published studies. Gene trees, species trees, mappings, and analysis-ready inputs were assembled or generated for the project. The analyses associated with this release used PhyloTracer v1.0.0, repository commit 102a3ab1bc6f3b1433374c275009b6618784d19c. Third-party source data remain subject to their original source terms and licences. The Tree2GD_unpaired_forzyy local executable is not included.
