Road users satisfaction survey

The purpose of the survey was to collect data on travel characteristics, service satisfaction, awareness of the managing agency and priorities for maintenance and development of roads. The survey was carried out in two parts. The first one - F1 contains public users and the second one - F2 contains business users (logistics and traffic managers). Each part is divided into three thematic fields: type of participation in traffic, general evaluation of road network and knowledge of the Slovene Road Agency.

本次调查旨在收集出行特征、服务满意度、对管理机构的认知度以及道路养护与发展优先事项相关数据。调查分为两部分：第一部分（F1）针对普通用户，第二部分（F2）针对商业用户（物流及交通管理人员）。每部分均涵盖三个主题领域：交通参与类型、路网总体评价以及对斯洛文尼亚道路局的了解程度。
