Automatic image analysis is shaped by user bias: Metric choices

The underlying images and analysis scripts for Figure 4C-E of Believing is seeing – the deceptive influence of bias in quantitative microscopy.The files Cell1.tif and Cell2.tif contain images of focal adhesions as described in README.txt and in the associated publication. A trained Weka Segmentation model and intermediate processing outputs are included in WekaSegmentation.zip. The MATLAB script analyzeAdhesions.m was used to create statistics on the Weka-segmented adhesions; the expected output from this script is provided in analysisOutput.zip.

《眼见为实——定量显微成像中偏差的误导性影响》（Believing is seeing – the deceptive influence of bias in quantitative microscopy）一文中图4C至4E所使用的原始图像与分析脚本。文件Cell1.tif与Cell2.tif包含黏着斑（focal adhesions）图像，相关说明详见README.txt及本关联论文。训练完成的Weka分割（Weka Segmentation）模型与中间处理结果已打包至WekaSegmentation.zip中。MATLAB脚本analyzeAdhesions.m用于生成经Weka分割后的黏着斑的统计数据；该脚本的预期输出结果已打包至analysisOutput.zip中。
