The Super Pan-genome of Wild & Cultivated Rice Project based on reference-quality de novo long-read assemblies of 251 rice accessions (202 O. sativa, 28 O. rufipogon, 11 O. glaberrima, and 10 O. barthii) aimed to generate a comprehensive and complete super pan-genome, super pan-annotation and super pan-structural-variations (super pan-SVs). To facilitate the applications of these results, we developed the Rice Super Pan-genome Information Resource Database, an interactive web-based browser for the rice super pan-genome.
野生与栽培稻超级泛基因组计划（The Super Pan-genome of Wild & Cultivated Rice Project）以251份水稻种质（202份栽培稻（O. sativa）、28份普通野生稻（O. rufipogon）、11份非洲栽培稻（O. glaberrima）及10份巴蒂野生稻（O. barthii））的参考级质量从头长读长组装结果为基础，旨在构建一套全面完整的超级泛基因组、超级泛注释组与超级泛结构变异（super pan-SVs）数据集。为推动该系列研究成果的应用落地，我们开发了水稻超级泛基因组信息资源数据库——一款面向水稻超级泛基因组的交互式网页浏览器。
