The present invention provides a novel method for the transduction and/or transfection of plant cells. Cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs) have been successfully employed as nanocarriers to deliver proteins and oligonucleotides to single plant cells which are gametophytic cells， such as microspores， to yield genetically engineered plants.
本发明提供了一种用于植物细胞转导和/或转染的全新方法。细胞穿透肽（cell-penetrating peptides, CPPs）已被成功用作纳米载体，可将蛋白质及寡核苷酸递送至作为配子体细胞的单个植物细胞（例如小孢子）中，从而获得基因工程植株。
