<strong>Supplementary information</strong> Supplementary table 1: information of patients. We retrospectively collected focal fibrous hyperplasias (<em>n</em> =&amp;thinsp;10), head and neck cancers (n=4) and OLP lesions (<em>n</em> =12) in paraffin-embedded tissues of Chilean cases. For OLP diagnosis we use both clinical and histopathologic criteria enumerated in the position paper by the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
