h5 files for input in eps3Dtrans3.ctl

These h5 files are files necessary for inputing arbitrary dielectric structure to front end code for meep. These files were generated from binary TEM images of biological light guides. Transmittance through fibers with these cross sections were described in the paper.

本数据集包含的HDF5（h5）文件，是将任意介电结构输入至Meep前端代码的必备文件。此类文件由生物光波导的二进制透射电子显微镜（TEM）图像生成。带有上述截面的光纤的透射特性已在相关论文中予以阐述。
